Incoming transfer notices, delivered to our team.

This internal tool helps Crammy’s Collectibles track incoming Interac e-Transfer notification emails. With the account owner’s permission, it reads the connected business Gmail mailbox and sends relevant transfer summaries to a designated Discord channel.

How it works

  1. Google notifies the listener when the connected mailbox changes.
  2. The listener identifies incoming Interac transfer notices.
  3. Crambot posts the sender, amount, time, deposit status, and available transfer note or reference for authorized staff.

Built for internal use

Access is limited to the account owner and authorized staff. Gmail access is read-only. The tool does not send email, initiate payments, accept transfers, or access a bank account.

This site provides information about the integration. It does not display transfer records or provide a public sign-in.
