How this integration uses Google user data.

Crammy’s Collectibles Ltd. operates Crammy EMT Notifications for internal business use. This policy covers the integration and this information site.

Information accessed

With the account owner’s authorization, the integration uses read-only Gmail access. That permission covers the connected mailbox. The listener retrieves mailbox history and newly added messages to identify incoming Interac e-Transfer notices. Other retrieved email content is not intentionally stored or sent to Discord.

Use and sharing

For qualifying transfers, the listener sends the sender name, amount and currency, receipt time, deposit status, and available transfer note or reference to the business’s designated Discord channel. A Gmail message link is included. Anyone with access to that channel can view the summary. Google provides mailbox access and notification delivery; Discord receives and stores the posted summaries. Bank account numbers, security answers, and transfer-claim links are not intended to be included.

Google user data is used only to provide this notification service. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Crammy EMT Notifications’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Authorization credentials, processed message identifiers, delivery records, synchronization state, and operational logs are stored on the business’s computer. Full message bodies are processed in memory rather than intentionally archived by the listener. Local records remain until removed by the operator; logs rotate. Discord summaries remain until deleted from Discord. Revoking Gmail access does not automatically delete existing summaries or local records.

Control and deletion

The owner can stop the listener and revoke the integration’s access through Google Account connections. For access, correction, or deletion requests relating to the integration’s records, contact crammysco@gmail.com. We can remove records under our control; Google and Discord also apply their own retention policies.

This website

This site contains no payment records, sign-in form, or application analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process standard connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.
